With 18 years in the aesthetic industry — including seven years as a medspa owner herself — Jen brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, operational insight, and real-world entrepreneurial experience. She knows firsthand what it takes to balance patient care with profitability, and how challenging it can be to do both well.
As a Director of Non-Surgical Operations, Jen has led multi-disciplinary teams, restructured service lines for profitability, streamlined provider training programs, and implemented growth strategies that produced lasting results. Her insider understanding of the medspa landscape helps owners:

Starting in third-party medical billing, she advanced into leadership roles across primary care, hospice, and long-term care (LTC/SNF) — refining her expertise in compliance, financial management, and team leadership along the way.
